We accept Cash on Delivery and online card payments. Card payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway at checkout.
Orders to major cities arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For all other areas across Pakistan, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
All sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. If eligible, you can request an exchange instead — see below.
You can exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in absolute original condition — tags attached and uncut, in the original AZWAR packaging. Used or misused items are not eligible.
Claims for damaged merchandise must be raised within 3 days of purchase. Approved claims and exchanges may take 1–2 weeks to process.
