We accept Cash on Delivery and online Credit/Debit Card payments. For COD orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance or security deposit may be required.

Orders within Karachi are delivered within 48 hours. For all other cities across Pakistan, delivery takes 4 working days.

Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250. We provide free shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,499.

All sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. If eligible, you can request an exchange instead — see below.

You can exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in absolute original condition — tags attached and uncut, in the original AZWAR packaging. Used or misused items are not eligible.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be raised within 3 days of purchase. Approved claims and exchanges may take 1–2 weeks to process.
