Delivery Timeframe
Within Karachi: Delivery within 48 hours.
All Other Cities in Pakistan: Delivery within 4 working days.
Shipment Tracking
All shipments are dispatched via a traceable courier. A tracking number will be shared shortly after your order is placed, on the provided mobile number or email.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250. AZWAR provides free shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,499.
Advance Payment for Frequent Returns
To help us maintain an efficient order and delivery process, customers who have returned two (2) or more orders may be required to pay 50% of the order value in advance before their next order is processed.
Unexpected Delays
On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us — if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to contact customer support for assistance.
Payment Options
